those virus/adware/pua/spyware can only be authorized
but can't clean up and delete

what should i do?

restart and enter safe mode
when you restart keep presssing f8 until you hear a beep
you will then be prompted to choose how you want to start up
enter safe mode

run your scans again. This time you should be able to do it.

我最後發現不是中毒, 只是 google (chorme) 跟 ie 的軟件衡突
