有工做的人可能多左，

唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.5 x# x5 G; [ t/ A; y3 g
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
no demand, how come to those supply?$ [% A/ v ]( c8 [ T: Q
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or
2) get promotion, W2 s) c6 |# _
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
