有工做的人可能多左，

唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。0 R/ m3 z! K2 S* E* N: l$ n7 u

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
. C5 r' N  ^' S( @too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
+ G2 m8 X7 }. _" z/ Fno demand, how come to those supply?
; r. }. B- B9 p; a! w3 {if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go. U. X+ _- y; ^  W2 Y( D
1) open a company or- @/ g* r2 ]+ t1 E  d" r
2) get promotion" [( e* d8 f+ E, [/ Y1 B1 J% b
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
