不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！( F  G! v) \8 F, H  V

: E7 P5 {! Z  j8 J. I唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
( g6 A+ b/ Q4 Y: K0 N: U5 s6 dtoo many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly7 C9 ?  |% B8 M$ X
no demand, how come to those supply?
, V5 y2 Q# N5 oif ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
8 C9 J  {- y7 n+ r( V0 F- B1) open a company or
) ]( K  f0 j' I! ^( K" h2) get promotion
. J# E% e: @* ?& y' M% |7 y0 HThere would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
