不過,個價(工資)始終冇乜起色!% T1 q2 H; P7 e, \  K

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
. J" H4 p1 t  ^7 H0 Ktoo many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
) ]$ h0 x  S# N7 D$ ^) p% Xno demand, how come to those supply?( s- W% [# }& T, v$ t) n7 F- M2 P
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go: P" J( X) v7 q  }3 H( M
1) open a company or. X/ A8 Z0 h  v" j( K
2) get promotion/ d8 k3 {# I7 ^. R7 _
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="

人工係會(分好耐)慢慢提升,不過會一下就會下墮啫!
