不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！

唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.( H1 {2 ` F$ s2 p
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
no demand, how come to those supply?7 p e( {3 Y) m Q7 V, e. t8 a' L$ v0 e
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or3 u+ l$ z% `+ B
2) get promotion- m$ B' h! A& v2 u
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
