不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！

唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。+ e& r) ]# T' S/ }9 j G& \' T

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
no demand, how come to those supply?
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or O- s6 Y# ^2 U3 M# @. H
2) get promotion% m+ D1 ~" i G* R
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
