有工做的人可能多左，

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.: _( N! p0 u3 \# A; P
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
- @  c. Y4 ]4 L, g; M3 jno demand, how come to those supply?
9 R  t1 g8 M7 k% D7 v; Oif ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go

% {6 Z# K7 f; Q, W, ]6 D2) get promotion6 ~+ V7 e* e& r3 Z4 Y- h1 _
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
