even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.8 Y7 R3 S/ m: |' S  Z! x
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
) i$ L! H  G" r. jno demand, how come to those supply?8 I2 j/ @$ s' _* G
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
9 E/ e3 ]* y/ p* l+ j" F0 e1) open a company or: d% J+ V5 W: o* x0 L
2) get promotion
6 V9 v  h3 L) D5 V  l# j' QThere would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
