even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly% Y$ c @( k; p' `
no demand, how come to those supply?1 v6 O6 o$ i8 M) ?) V6 R# u( A& s
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or
2) get promotion5 _- U) b4 I7 u5 i* s2 n
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
