不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly4 M+ u% x# A W. ^" t. ^
no demand, how come to those supply?
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go+ X) q9 L. i# H3 z* `
1) open a company or* G5 d' n: F# v
2) get promotion
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
