i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.! b: `9 K" @5 K6 ^- j
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity./ ^# B/ y' m1 W T3 l6 W" ~

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground." F; b6 e6 [; c+ H( U, |4 [9 `

But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
