間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
5 I4 O7 ~) w3 M* }: {大慨三個月左右一次
# N( E  c. H# E2 ~% C差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓# {$ T' c9 r8 G3 X, o0 E2 w
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
' A( p6 n9 n) ~. h+ h  f連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!3 `) O4 O$ x4 p
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~/ R3 @/ Q3 a6 y+ m7 g5 r& ]
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...3 Z! x8 {* [2 w3 x2 \
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~' W' \. m4 k. u- i( _, p: Y$ W
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,9 d3 q/ X8 e7 ?; z+ J, ?
之後成晚訓唔到~
# L7 N4 ]4 S0 W5 @5 F8 \9 o係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )/ t, C* o. x' ]7 o$ ^" Z
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.& F2 y% C0 m+ U& Q$ N2 D

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).6 B+ A! I5 R, N: P2 F) u5 P4 w
$ s& _4 T8 }  S2 D: a5 Y/ Y/ l% Z
Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.. O! ^8 i: M3 ?' w

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.: j2 Z) m7 E& \6 [- x# \( ?8 y
8 j- B8 B4 H! y0 n4 d
Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
