間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠1 b+ U( s9 {, b/ {
大慨三個月左右一次; }4 [$ c/ U# L# k
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓# h" S7 }4 `( `* \( x: O5 V6 @
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
, V0 [3 ]* |+ `$ z連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
9 \& q5 T: n" r" c, l開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
( m: C) r0 L7 e  A4 d* w4 S! A0 g6 Z..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~
$ J' q& y& I* U# S5 |好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
. E& W9 Y  q3 [( k7 `但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~$ u7 \6 H( r0 h6 k1 C
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,

係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )6 B: Q4 m3 ^3 `" ?, `$ V2 _; m
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).4 k) `, s$ o. t6 }) |8 |3 Z3 a% x
5 a+ f4 M8 J! Y7 v& g3 X$ E
Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.1 ~4 D" n0 g/ b  q/ S6 V' @

# H$ j$ S+ Y4 [0 {4 J' F) b, [I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.& w* _" p) }3 \$ a: K; T3 T
+ s2 i( Z$ J1 E7 D) m: a' ^- r
Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
