間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?& U  h1 \  C; P: A7 O# H2 `4 h
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
* o2 k1 {( G6 A3 x" ^; n: \2 o, \大慨三個月左右一次
& Z- y. v' j+ V6 e/ Q差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓2 X2 u. m, C3 E- H4 F
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)% q1 Q5 x0 z" q) ]! ?
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
5 G, E# X' x* C8 n, \/ d但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo" v$ K% ^; [( S% l; z7 a, j. @# F3 M4 |

個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,; l( x( y& m" u1 b/ H" Z# w
之後成晚訓唔到~7 O+ w8 m$ P  m  _! Z. m
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.$ W% ]1 O( N) U; g! g7 V) q

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

6 C# @; S: c' m' Z; i. z) v; J$ v: pReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.3 G7 N! C- ?" b! ]/ D5 Z

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.& `3 d  L6 W: a# t, K+ l/ O% ~7 R

" B2 f! [. O$ Q1 t, J7 f5 YAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
