間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
, d( T5 N7 n, o* K) o" _大慨三個月左右一次
' |8 O" Z& y7 ]- Y, {差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓. b! z- k9 A4 A5 x
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)6 T, V3 q6 G/ w: _2 A& Q7 v
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
3 J9 g. M6 C8 F1 H開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!4 {/ s. N1 o2 g4 A3 ~: V
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~
! P% S0 f5 s- [3 Z; O: p好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...: V# x) T. R, ~( n
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

7 a, u. T+ A" m7 V8 ~1 h& N9 P6 ^之後成晚訓唔到~
- u) D5 F- b1 {1 Q* g7 R係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )! M+ g# S: }( |" y' l
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure., D% q0 {. A9 j3 C7 ]/ k
( ^, D& |+ `1 g; M: z9 s% Q
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

6 _& s/ I6 ~& F. C2 sI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.# Z' }4 g: a! R6 K5 P

, l. r7 O* b* YAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
