間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
% c( @7 L/ y  L/ `; ^大慨三個月左右一次
4 G! E3 c. j& f/ Q1 B! ?差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
4 r- a- i5 a$ j0 V/ a再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
1 ?0 \' i6 v' ~) J連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!: T7 T  h5 L9 w) @5 z) v
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~% X3 ?7 |: p1 [/ X- d
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
& K8 m$ _& C! b% ]6 Q但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo5 i2 g, K  Q9 v
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )

% O& N9 E' b4 y! r& _1 R個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,' v' R3 d7 |0 G2 M6 x
之後成晚訓唔到~: W, h0 u, s" K9 o) H
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).6 u1 p. Z* p& Y8 T, }

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.1 h9 d' O' y" M# I: R

: O* P$ Q' I. J6 z: ~2 BI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

6 w9 @( Y* T5 D' h- ?Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
