the simplest method... just apply from internet freely.... such as ---....

or u can write one for yourself... but this method is more complex

are you a beginner in page builder? or intermediate or advanced?

buy ezone magazine, they have been discussing php forum construction.........it does involve a lot of stuff indeed but yes, you can subscribe one from a company too.
