register your ip(not 192.168.x.x) with no-ip
1)goto "run" -> "cmd" -> "ipconfig", look for you LAN's ip(192.168.x.x)
2)login to the router admin's page
3)goto port forwarding/application or gaming
4)Depend on wht you wanto do
a)if you wanto use remote desktop, open port 3389
b)wake-on-lan, open port 9 and 32767
c)connect to you web-server, open port 80
d)connect to ftp, open port 20-21
e)allow SMTP, open port 26
5)forward the port you wanto your LAN's ip
