This is what the part 1 of my training session, I ask my team to do that right after they have warmed up their body. It takes about 15mins if you have 15 team members.
For those failed the required FG%, ask them to repeat the practice while you and other teammates do the second level training. You don’t wait them, let them practice themselves to catch up other teammates.
Sometime you need to do it yourself to demonstrate how to do it smooth and correctly.
Next step is put 1 to 2 teammates on the path of lay-ups. To be continued.
