& P# P* m3 A/ o( a8 h* Z ' }7 u* u0 G- W" k! xBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 3 a. ^* t; N: z, k3 h# P/ |; ]! K% q9 e5 k6 Y

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish. # b/ C5 l5 U; @8 W. @4 z1 X( I3 E & b8 J- t, a0 T$ HMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.作者: singgeihot 時間: 2005-6-7 09:08 AM

A balance diet, and exercise regularly 3 N7 W; q1 b+ ~0 P# D2 p
