: b$ p. J; x$ YBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 0 @3 c$ z! q* d

( n# z; G) S. e9 ]- t$ d1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! ! m5 {( ?4 n/ o2 k, i- p  e
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

5 K6 o/ i) {2 l6 s. X9 s5 q2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.& H* a1 @  Y7 l, I( r- k# t

Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 4 g2 Q& ^* ^8 f) d$ x

8 B2 q$ X9 s. l2 X) y  A5 WA balance diet, and exercise regularly
7 ^- d9 p0 e: }' L& y! U. F# d8 Z8 U9 K
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.+ k2 N( ]1 S+ f3 \! Z

! q! v+ a1 D; n1 z1 q% E; DFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
7 V1 q+ J. f3 F# Y  p9 U5 ]! d$ n: a- v
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.& Z% h' `, G6 t. ^
