Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 3 T) }8 a+ K! Y! K' X7 o7 s  y
, H+ m9 X- n0 T7 D5 e$ c! \3 E+ P
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! & E- N' E5 z& {& k' C, I
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.  Y! i  \* b' H  Z9 A( I
5 T# _% g6 h" L: }4 m. B
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. & }9 j+ N& B1 J) K. f* m$ t

A balance diet, and exercise regularly 8 j" i' ~4 `1 R9 e

Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you., Y& i( e" n4 y$ ]

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 9 `) v2 {! X0 K; W

) W9 ?2 K  |) X' M) i! yTherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.1 M, w7 }# n. j; a6 i
