Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,   k0 n! k+ s) ?$ |3 _( Z

- {$ E3 m$ s6 @& g" T2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.3 x2 ^* O) Z' z) h9 B. i( H

: N3 j4 w3 W, z/ {8 jMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. ( t: U3 y! S! U1 Q/ C) L
% O# {2 H* t: W1 L* e+ `
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
1 V0 L! o3 F9 w* }" Q' D3 i* B  H5 s7 I( ^" K
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
0 p" }, P) D+ b- {& }2 W  z* q, T4 o/ R
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. ! G& E  n! p: h

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.) N5 d3 h/ x0 B/ b% X8 t
