7 m8 M; m; R* K2 j' UBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, / ]0 i9 W1 p  j6 X+ A$ W

High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

# n) X& o- [- _( L  k7 y2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
+ e6 ~& b8 e& ^* U2 p2 A
: R) n# U) q& iMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. * l) f6 d4 O* x5 s1 @% i

4 M" A* f, z  ~2 y) u' `, jA balance diet, and exercise regularly - G- F6 O( m& x9 I4 H! n
# w9 ^" m" g' A6 h- C; {  w; y
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
" i2 U. }$ }3 E6 x
5 l+ C, S1 C6 K1 TFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 0 b. y$ y. [, O, s, d* U7 `/ h: x

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
