Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.

% M/ X: l6 `0 ?! ]' i$ dMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.   W( I: p8 x/ I( P, X9 T" O2 ?! U# A

& V6 t: K" u. d7 H9 ]7 y* nA balance diet, and exercise regularly # K: `0 _9 t. B9 a2 b. L2 S
( k& e2 s/ O4 ?# V4 w
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.1 U9 s" K  r/ I

7 [% r( Z  L( o4 _For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. + X( @7 p8 {: D# Y/ j* X9 w  Z8 G

1 P( o, ]$ N& d* I6 p5 h3 r5 oTherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
