3 r' p5 `' `: N, G, ?) [1 lBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, . k* R; D6 {& ]: u

6 ~/ o: A! J6 m: ]4 }# J1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! ! w% D/ V( k8 F8 b
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 4 _% B+ D4 K/ h) z& U* n% C. A% _

! }5 Z8 n+ H) N8 E( z7 E6 {2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish./ {% t3 K% Y$ c; ^# y

9 ]( A7 w, D% Y& {Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
4 ?: Y- ~4 F( J
9 F6 Q* G0 @1 s  I$ tA balance diet, and exercise regularly
& W* ^* e, z0 k" v% N! Y  |* G" V9 I& X; O! f$ V4 o
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.0 u/ M+ y  W' J. i* C
2 d( T0 F% W. {  [- w
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
2 C' L! T+ N7 M( B: G# J+ p  O1 j2 H  v  S8 F  J, u# l+ q9 h
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.# _! K& ^1 p# ?' y8 X' S: s
