Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, ( n- P4 e# P4 s: e" k , Q* }( |0 M& M- {2 _, [' T1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! ( e3 A! ]0 n- s6 g* n
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 7 f& z8 C6 d4 U4 c0 Z1 Q* U% j ; K2 W$ K& x6 Z8 d- h, |4 Q, `& ~$ A2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.( z! R: l: ?# C3 g

Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.作者: singgeihot 時間: 2005-6-7 09:08 AM
However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 0 u* N3 \; A1 J) d* b8 F+ {: ?4 A1 E
A balance diet, and exercise regularly + u" O4 r/ J3 y/ { 5 G5 ^, O& t6 x/ L+ |7 lEven though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.* U8 T7 c, z& t9 }, h& a& @$ B

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 3 X# T: ]+ |( {- O! n; q; j% a% D' L+ C/ U; x, ?6 b1 K% V
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.0 y: F' ~+ z. w# n5 l6 a
