don't eat fat,, g/ P$ b# E7 X5 v6 h' Z7 L
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,1 {' I& K4 h% r' C
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.

游水兩小時後, 隔半小時開始, 進食蛋白質或高能量食物. 好有效, 可在增磅之餘而令身體線條更好. 可一試冇壞.....

再去做GYM OR EXERCISE之類既野啦~~

P.S. 要吸收蛋白質, 可以多吃豆類, 無咁多脂肪, 不過都要食肉, 因為豆類得Low-Level protein, 唔夠身體用的..
+ M# T5 j% U; @2 @: v' v成年人對牛奶蛋白質的吸收很差, 所以飲好多奶唔代表你吸收0左好多蛋白質...雖然我都建議你飲, 因為都係有益的

Whey protein isolate powder that are for muscle builders... easier to be absorbed by your body because it had already been broken down by enzymes.. `+ L4 A, H1 {( v
