小弟想用微波爐整烚蛋( ?5 K& d; ?% A, w4 i1 A1 ]
(我吾知係咪叫烚蛋, 總之係隻雞蛋完整無缺, 用手剝開D蛋殼黎食個隻)% r) o( Q- o2 ]
$ x- D4 J; \) v9 a4 k/ j# I
事緣小弟比較懶, 今日食宵夜時忽發奇想
0 v2 h8 L  H) q於是拎左茶杯倒D水, 然後放左隻蛋入去2 T9 Q4 \* ^: Y
就係咁樣放入微波爐焗
1 d: E- q8 E+ d
9 p+ l. c. W: K$ b, E" Z) n' a因為小弟個爐 watt 數較低8 t3 w- q, Q, h
所以我 set 左焗 10 分鐘
4 o; w# n3 L8 C2 d+ ?' q點知係第 8 分鐘個陣, "POP !" 一聲, 隻蛋爆左, D 蛋汁四處飛1 G6 C# `7 q8 R  i  P$ q+ U5 o
9 i) r- g( K& h$ w
我即時停左部機, 打開個微波蓋
: ~# A" r1 G+ A/ n* b5 q- {見到隻蛋都係仲有大半隻未熟 (即係個D 蛋汁)  _1 u, G$ f; W$ _7 N
( B: q- h: ^! j/ Y, C% g) F# u
所以想請教大家, 教下小弟用微波爐整蛋# ~3 m" N" R9 ?& Q8 @1 p7 H
唔該曬~

因為微波爐入面只有有限o既空氣, 高溫時, 入面氣壓增加令到隻蛋爆開~9 n- g3 b+ n& t
但係你o係煮食爐上面烚就冇問題喇~就算你蓋上鑊蓋, 空氣都可以由鑊蓋邊緣進出, 氣壓不會增加, 蛋所以唔爆

照理上, 用高壓ge 方法熟熱d 水

Microwave is not a pressure cooker ah! (what you describe is more like the pressure cooker method)

The explosion is due to rapid heating with the microwave oven. This causes rapid steam buildup inside the shell that led to the explosion.

是可以的,用較大的盒,有600-700cc 的水,可放1-3隻蛋. ^% e- m# j. x
有足夠空間給它跳動,用高火,10-15分鐘,監察蛋殼,% ]1 y4 Y9 E0 U4 B& F
有烈即停,即使烈開,蛋也是熟的,還可吃
