看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾)4 i! I+ q6 S7 M) T
2) 落面(攪散即上)
3) 過冷河$ @" G2 K+ \8 r( |2 V O
4) 煎蛋及腸備用/ w! z Q- ?5 n
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)0 _0 d! x( j+ ]( {& e4 B: X
