看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:/ |6 b8 [& m& P9 b; F
1) 煲水(待水滾)
2) 落面(攪散即上)* [* e1 o# H6 U3 V S
3) 過冷河
4) 煎蛋及腸備用% F- x6 a4 J) i; ^3 L7 s
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上 ! F+ T0 g7 P- S6 t
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
