看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾)
2) 落面(攪散即上)2 X ]5 Z, D' D3 c
3) 過冷河
4) 煎蛋及腸備用
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
