我地由呢個"成本"問題開始傾起啦. / y' P' p! `( V' Y首先鋪位要選擇適當.; H9 u I# p7 N# H8 N# J0 a
我阿姨之前係銅鑼灣開過間bar. 4 W( _; x; {- W* U. J& H+ i鋪位有"上樓鋪"&"街鋪"比佢選擇./ {3 k' v v8 m+ ?+ x1 j! L) a( r
最後佢選擇左"上樓鋪".2 k1 b- h) |5 ?
"上樓鋪"雖然租金會比一般街鋪平好多.3 k! }; ]% H% s3 S' D- u' i+ ~0 v
但客量&客路問題就好嚴重. 真係少之又少... ! r8 b" W3 `. k U除左要想盡辦法增加客量 仲要吸引唔同階層既客. $ v% K; y: [$ M剩係宣傳費都幾襟計!# z% {+ a) h, `+ Z/ I/ n i
所以建議選擇"街鋪"比較穩陣./ {) ~7 R2 S d9 R. C9 g/ U7 m q
鋪位則設在旺區比較好. ! x, i7 w4 N% `) c雖然旺區鋪租貴.但因為人氣既問題 ( S( g7 k# B. v h賺到既話.利益回報都幾可觀. 0 H% F; ?! h3 f/ ^, t' Q而入貨方面.要識人識批發.6 ?! j; n r, ^7 F) l
當然大家都知入貨價係愈平愈好. 7 ` j4 @ ?& o) A但要考慮埋"長做長有" "得閒送酒"呢兩個問題. }) ^, x/ t6 I# Q7 s) l
所以不適宜"講價太低". 要以"數量"&"人情"作為優先選擇. , X9 G8 J. L+ M裝修方面.又係要識人.要盡量搵熟人搞." ]! L: w `2 l, k! V0 o+ B% c% [, V9 K
比外人搞裝修的話. 隨時食完你錢 加你價 .一係就慢慢用次貨同你黎做. 0 r# {) W" N2 z$ C$ k7 |$ \( h所以要比熟人搞.賣個人情比對方外. 對自己都好有保障.! b' n$ `! g4 h- [: ?! X2 L, O
而呢幾年黎酒吧行業因為開到成行成市既關系. / C: a3 _. `& Y# {大家都開始有唔同既主提 唔同既方式黎吸引新舊顧客. 6 Z$ |) U5 i8 l. I, c/ l- x例如有部份bar會請DJ打歌. 有部份會搞rave 有部份會搞乜乜乜之夜等等... . k# b8 `6 C8 r; }9 t. I所以做老闆除左要識做生意外. 仲要不斷革新. 不斷要有新"艾D也" 8 d' M3 t8 Z% u而且老闆仲要對"酒"呢方面有相當學問 相當既知識先好啵. / t9 |) j+ \. r: a; P% R俗語話 : 要做好某一樣野 首先就要裝備好自己.; G' B" S7 F7 n z) F+ s

Mongkok can guarantee the traffic flowing.......however, people go there are price concern........it means richer person will not choose to go there as they perfer to go to Central..........only people who cannot afford to high price will go there' z) S: D, Y0 l+ ?4 s

all things such as product (or services), price setting, promotion and even the location must base on your company position......you need to identify each segment such as whether i target people who are 15-18 or 18-22 or even office worker or even executives etc, they all have different specific demand towards the Bar service.0 j: M3 e q% }6 C5 p

In order to fully utilize your resources, different strategy should be chosen and implemented....Many things you need to consider, you can go to book store to find some books related to Bar business or how to start a new business...6 _9 e. ?, v$ n5 g

( U s; t+ A( f; Y% h, U3 SFor writen a business, you must as simple as possible, as boss always don't like to read so much......they only concern the profit.....return on investment etc.
