your folder should not be disappeared if you didn't touch it....
if you accidently delete it, and even emptied it from the recycle bin....
then too bad

ok! first, you go to the all program, then point to the accessories untill you see the system tool.then point the system tool then you will see the system restore. click the system restore, it will open the window, follow them to do it!.that' it.
