外傷、病、先天影響都有，有排講架

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? 4 C0 g) P8 q! o3 y0 a: s8 u( z

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....0 e7 C# A( v$ W
