I would like to ask how many IE you have opened when you have a lot of IEXPORERfilter-031 in the task list? If you actually have that many IE opened (even as you clicked the new window from the IE menu), you will get that many IEXPLORERfilter-031 running on the task list.
Trying using Firefox (or download a firefox if you don't have one) and see if there is so many IEXPLORERfilter-031 running even if there is none IE is actually running.

um I use firefox right after i discover the eating Ram when use IExplorer
wht i think this is happening whenever i opened IE, then it started reproduce the IE
even if i del the Iexplorer. exe, in the task manager(alt+ctrl+del)
the Iexplorer will appear again
usually there's like 1 or 2 IExplorer in the task manager
and one of them will eat the RAM very much
i guess maybe that's a spyware~
