Are you serious?  Was it your first time too?  If not how could you possibly not know it was her first time?

sigh....it's really hard to give advice as at the end someone will be hurt, whether it's you, her, or the unborn baby.  The only happy ending is you two raise the baby together with or without getting married, right?  But I doubt this is what you want to do?

Also, be prepared to lose your job or quit yourself.  If this thing becomes public in your company, it doesn't matter how you explain it most people will blame the man more than the woman.  This means your boss will view you differently from now on and your chance for promotion may be limited.
