I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..  ]1 J& f: i+ K+ ?4 d& N
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment- d5 T! m" }: A5 [. N2 X+ p
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
