I remember when I was 3 years old, Yes, 3 years old, I checked back the history.# j$ l$ \/ A. r5 l$ j: f& H* I
I was looking outside.

Actually, that's the opening party for MTR trains in 1979.5 S1 H3 |* A1 ]

/ f5 z- Y1 m! S# c7 oThen I got nightmares everyday, cos the railway track...is just about 40m away from my home.4 Y; j; `1 _0 u* `; b+ e" q
I.e. I heard the noise from MTR trains in every 2 mins (or less in peak hours)
0 h1 o  D* O, J( v, eMore horrible thing was: my living place was closing to the exit for the train depot.
7 h& r/ w9 Y( K) T" h' ?( O$ B6 i$ DI.e. when the trains are finished at 1am in the morning, I still need to hear the noise from trains until 2am every morning, and I heard the noise from the train before 5.45am in 3 hours later.% [, d0 J% w* u! S

But if that's track work at overnight, i.e. you couldn't sleep for whole night.6 Y9 d, B1 a, c5 `
