二世祖 means the people that are rich because of their family's business or their parents' companies.  It usually describes the people who don't need to work and just get money from their parents or the parents' business.  (basically means lazy people who their families are rich)

敗家仔 means the children inherit their parents' wealth or the business and they lost the money or the business because they spend money in the wrong way.  (basically means people who don't think too much before they spend their parents' money)
