first question: the wings are to stablize it on the panty. when it's stablized, it feels more comfortable. it also prevents leakage when it's stablized.( k; }" l- V1 q& G4 ^8 r

( \  I* K/ a# ^4 ksecond question: yes. also, when i'm at work, i sometimes have to bring along a small bottle of water to dampen the toilet paper to clean it. at home, i can just take a quick shower if it gets too bad. if it gets smelly, i use anti-bacterial soap.
