She's one of those who drives slow, slows down more when she sees the pedestrian light blinking, slows down even more when she sees yellow, then stopped suddenly on red.5 v/ h9 p6 U1 V; `8 h: t8 u

I drove down to LA once. Seems like everyone, including the cops and grandma, is driving at least 10mph over the limit.
