What government, world city are too unreal to me

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese& _; V2 s3 m# Z0 H) f
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia* i# q% z$ q' m6 w. K! s
0 ~- ?. b- e6 D+ H0 F
First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low! w" O4 t7 p6 w
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan." |/ M7 F- l! [3 e! c) `
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.- D2 m( N1 }" i& J6 R$ l
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable

& f, }" |8 e( r4 G- `6 FSo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel3 D+ r. S# j' U+ L3 G# t2 m- h3 D) `
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
0 L6 \( @: a4 F1 tPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. 1 E- b# O# h& o. o
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house: L, D. N; J2 X" X, D! u# Z$ h

In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.8 h( J! C1 D: W: {0 Y

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong! I+ ]7 t  ?  b# T5 _
I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city; ?/ u/ G) D! q+ G
But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
