first question: the wings are to stablize it on the panty. when it's stablized, it feels more comfortable. it also prevents leakage when it's stablized.- I" a7 V$ g: ]1 l* c; g

& |; ~1 S. V! l8 msecond question: yes. also, when i'm at work, i sometimes have to bring along a small bottle of water to dampen the toilet paper to clean it. at home, i can just take a quick shower if it gets too bad. if it gets smelly, i use anti-bacterial soap.
