How about at the hospital?; g V2 E" E0 {

I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.3 `1 _9 o T9 f0 ]8 w m% l
" q* u. |4 [! M* p2 f2 G7 t% ]1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
