for the preliminary interview:

9 f. Y- d+ `. O$ u& z% Gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' q! T9 ?% f# }7 N

it's divided into 2 sections,

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" i0 u" \9 s( ^! P4 j3 E
4 {6 ?1 ]9 e( D4 X, L2 j3 |topic like "environment, biscuit...."
# L0 b3 ^- P3 p% r# M+ p8 y- L! x7 f) f% Y) m5 s$ E) E$ y1 ^/ [+ K
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
