How about at the hospital?- a6 y; u- l" Z v/ w
" r6 P1 F3 {2 I# r; HI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

3 K1 B. b- `5 @8 U: Y( N1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.
