nearly all the buses (Golden colour buses) are low platform buses!!!: x% S* u$ G6 Y( u1 g5 _
White colour/non air-cond buses are called "platform buses". b2 z& E: t. D3 j3 ]4 k8 D+ U
it's because you need to walk a step up when you catch a bus

The first photo is Dennis Trident 12M, with Citybus,one of the low platform bus model- {2 O# U; w! i( O& W! r9 H
The second one is Leyland Olympain 12M, with "platform bus"2 T& ]1 }; x3 A1 O1 a5 S; _# n/ B) Q
See clearly, that's 2 step if you go inside the bus.
