it is being CHARGED!!

A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell
: n1 l5 P; t; B; W1 r1 P+ l1 E* sphone at home. Just at that time a call came and he  W4 B5 Z6 {1 y; J1 D
answered it, with the instrument still connected to# m8 l7 t6 o$ L& W
the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed. N& J/ |) H' }# q# _  ?
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man, ?3 Y7 B8 W5 k0 ~+ S5 u
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
