don't eat fat,
1 q1 }5 L4 O/ @3 K0 B" W2 Wjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,. P8 X. l2 h& P' e* x9 b0 i% q, o4 O
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
