for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:8 |# ^+ c f- J- A

it's divided into 2 sections,- R9 X* a2 Y3 P7 B
1 is impromptu talk% H$ d# M) o& r5 G( m' a9 u9 o
another is group discusion, I$ c* m4 i( x

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& r) o3 n9 y2 D: q+ S1 e

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion) u4 G# N$ A' v9 B' {+ B9 z

for final interview:
