) Y5 E' R& ?& j- |5 jthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,& L& n: R5 Q- E+ e( T
1 is impromptu talk' ?; j3 H& K6 z+ | E
another is group discusion! o( @7 F( r2 \% L3 \- g
# B7 F8 h" q6 C& Kall conducted in english
1 X; P$ @% j$ V# A4 o1 k
5 t; j/ t& L: Z8 `/ D9 I1 Zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

; R0 Q0 k- B. g& o' Btopic like "environment, biscuit...."6 e! U' V2 p h. H+ R
) k/ O; V, m9 x0 Vgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
