! b6 q" o ^; h6 T0 H/ |) rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,$ Q6 T3 M( \. k- s4 w$ ]: n) k
1 is impromptu talk

% N% P/ n8 E1 f& G7 j# w+ m0 {3 Q$ G& ?* D4 T% ^3 u
all conducted in english

* u P* u$ q" k0 b- }. Z$ `impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 Z% a$ w2 H; I8 ?
( Z% R' r0 m; e% Y+ S: _ ]topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
