for the preliminary interview:

+ B" ^7 j/ E) n9 k' fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% j7 p+ D9 |* [, }* _

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* U- ~# P5 U+ V8 }

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

; T* k( F6 L" q) kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

9 M/ F% O* g' l2 u4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
