there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

( `( T' \5 Q+ Q- y0 ^" {for the extended interview:

% B. M' w  x% Wit's divided into 2 sections,
0 K$ z2 k) ~* e1 is impromptu talk
4 M7 ?# [5 }) l% v8 x  D; {. Oanother is group discusion
3 m) H) k4 w- R; y' F* H" u8 }/ J1 Q4 Z! e
all conducted in english3 {! A0 U/ R/ \  [; \9 g* M

* S" J" N  `/ a- ^; D- i" S- c6 T3 ]impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 K% N. k6 C. k) g  Z4 f6 y3 p

& {3 Q' J. _4 F9 a% v9 x3 o
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

+ \7 ?" C$ F& T; Ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!2 D9 _* m) u: M
