there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 {  L# }# o1 J, O! q

9 M7 s) G! {2 C. U' W5 cfor the extended interview:

4 r$ B" W1 R$ E; X* p' E+ Lit's divided into 2 sections,/ T1 g+ L9 |7 ~' Z7 c+ e1 M; H
1 is impromptu talk
7 y, V+ U6 g4 ?- |% y, [5 L6 w- Panother is group discusion$ F. c4 `/ ^* @2 v

/ j4 `/ z( X. w8 ball conducted in english, }- e& {( K; |' l
# o$ z+ f1 I/ h6 s/ ^2 Q( K
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

0 {, T9 I; D! \0 Xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:/ F9 V2 ^# f4 l, i) {+ d" G7 Q

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!" o1 g0 ]( [' u( x0 `8 a2 p2 c
