there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:* l1 U3 l/ m$ x; D: {# x0 p

it's divided into 2 sections,8 h$ q0 ^. m8 d1 f3 O
1 is impromptu talk& Q- m a$ S. w( R0 O9 V
another is group discusion
- O0 Y7 d9 X; W2 H4 Y! m) M W- R# Y g6 g- _$ k9 ~2 Z# j' s
all conducted in english! {4 ?! }* L& f9 u

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& O. l. X( }6 N

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
& L4 r+ |8 m( p
% a; G7 Y2 M# U9 W) Wgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 z& |) T1 Z, K8 p1 M; M0 C

^% |4 Z* v, U$ Othe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
