there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....../ I( V3 K, F5 T; p4 I9 v
. v& e# |, D+ a! k. {for the extended interview:4 i0 |' X: k) Q- j3 |; q, F
+ H8 c2 @3 [8 o- K9 Cit's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

8 n- U3 d4 B% Limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

) q$ `' e% L0 n' W2 o4 U0 |group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

9 |% H, p6 Q Y8 w( F8 U+ Pthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
