for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......4 a9 h- i0 j9 r

for the extended interview:- z- P6 { S8 E1 i: d9 e1 F( _
/ _7 v: Y8 k2 \ p/ sit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion8 |) {& a, t, L1 [" i* Z7 [4 [' A

all conducted in english

3 @- m: ^; v, I" E7 D, Q$ ^% I" ^9 J+ ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

0 \: u$ H+ ]2 B0 l6 v* egroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
