for the preliminary interview:; x! H6 _/ i) V/ `& M' R* Y

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:2 {3 \+ m" s- r! n9 q
- |8 w8 C" s5 E( W# |
it's divided into 2 sections,& t9 t0 p) q: h1 @% z+ n- E2 I
1 is impromptu talk; h0 Z# t% O9 Q) n# d. ^9 o& }5 n! W$ R
another is group discusion
# m/ l( K' \9 {3 \" T& u! U) G6 B, e" M7 k
all conducted in english- a/ N. n: s2 F/ v  I7 B; x

( a# @  ^3 h- ?6 W3 ^- Zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& K& C0 s* B7 b1 {

S0 _: W3 q4 A2 k1 k1 s  tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
