for the preliminary interview:' A/ ?- g- `8 q( C' \" }9 U9 k

& `9 O% M  Z2 n8 @6 h; qthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......  I, X6 K  T9 }$ ?; p+ ?/ o! Y( H8 E
: T5 y+ D& S, @$ L" A" @4 o0 m; T. J
for the extended interview:, q% O) K) K6 _: K
$ k. J, i6 r# T! n1 x% v& M
it's divided into 2 sections,3 }: G) T! ^& X$ w
1 is impromptu talk
: Z) h- {1 h( u# \5 D: Manother is group discusion% u1 ^' Z! T0 ~8 W2 @

1 |" G7 ]; W: x& m( F. Eall conducted in english8 T; N: q- H2 q! G9 V

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

) t0 d$ I9 q3 w) ?! I  V" s% U6 \1 _$ n
for final interview:" X% {+ m4 \) i: G9 q  Z

7 q8 l3 e4 h4 y3 A! c, `+ ~. R4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!9 X" m( N! y: ]" r+ j0 H5 @, ^  b
