for the preliminary interview:

( L! O8 Q) g) athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,- I( Z" x8 e9 `- R7 i4 o N+ k8 \
1 is impromptu talk6 a! }7 g* ?) o1 e
another is group discusion

all conducted in english2 x7 `8 O9 @* g* [6 D5 D2 j
, g1 Z2 ~0 q nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, V, H! T5 L) j2 V9 P# c

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!+ i+ Y/ T/ }% ?0 B) E. D; P
