for the preliminary interview:

& A+ p H3 N9 S/ A; \there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 P- n2 J6 s T4 O

for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare L7 j5 x$ R1 {& k+ A

topic like "environment, biscuit...."0 v9 Z8 p" ^( m- m

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; y% t; `8 {/ e) @

for final interview:

9 \9 e% U. s7 b/ o* A/ uthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
