for the preliminary interview:

8 Z' J* y/ S% E# s+ O+ v1 q- H. fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
6 p0 c: W; L- g, G3 i% @8 G% Ranother is group discusion
# I+ B# a3 G1 u% O- E9 W
* j% J% i, g# }all conducted in english
* D, i, L8 d2 U& v/ E
' l7 B' q) c0 L/ o0 Fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare! n8 k! a3 m, q% k7 T$ j

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
