for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

0 Z; N( U: M' z. @it's divided into 2 sections," F/ E* c7 S  t3 e7 U" H0 ~
1 is impromptu talk' K/ o, O$ q+ D% ?7 K0 k1 ?
another is group discusion

# D3 Z2 E& C) W& t, }6 rall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* }5 a& a) k% M  k% {6 y

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& k- `2 f3 l+ f0 |, F
: j/ \# C$ h* ~1 z; c& s) K  b
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 ]" w- A1 ~6 T5 ]+ Y
