for the preliminary interview:

+ R( Q4 f6 F8 w  Ethere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) @, E3 ?& g' [! w6 Q/ \

it's divided into 2 sections,
: H8 ]$ H2 {8 i# U9 B$ v, a& u1 is impromptu talk
# A2 R" ?& P7 Vanother is group discusion, w1 O  g* D( m# D& `! ]! T8 I

7 e6 [7 J0 @/ l" i8 J5 ^% wall conducted in english) P. }* w( r% Z  s# e2 ]$ O4 ^2 o
1 E2 C8 ^+ V: q
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

% u3 u/ a2 N; f; Y7 D3 h) u7 n$ l& H8 a( G( M2 k: e2 I
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

3 R  @% u; `- h0 p4 X6 @4 k2 e# ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
