for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

another is group discusion

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 ~9 m* c8 G* U! m! s( r6 \/ I5 c

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

E$ y( ^' Q3 h& n \% {: Zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ x( A' b' b& A1 S7 g' X

P* L8 Z+ _/ ithe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
