there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 n& z1 H. [- r5 O

% Y* _- N; A; y# C# u, [0 ?it's divided into 2 sections,
  m+ u( a6 I# @1 i" R1 is impromptu talk- ]7 `) L0 x$ Z5 U
another is group discusion& [. c" _) R1 z, z. z

  z! i; k: T* [, a6 V0 Dall conducted in english
( ?6 b% P9 p, S% l" U
# F  Q& X/ {$ M' h' {7 Kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare! H+ V" K0 g0 ]5 J) t3 F& f. F
+ N( r+ R( m1 h% L
topic like "environment, biscuit...."

8 y  W/ R; Y+ Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ A" \3 x2 v- F# i' B* T0 q

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!; l5 j& k! R5 k5 l1 y
