When I travel Japan (same for France), 8 i8 I) j0 e4 z
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.+ w# P& e* a4 d1 W
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.$ N+ v2 S5 J$ Q' M$ a6 P

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,+ k/ K, Q+ ]* C
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
