When I travel Japan (same for France),
) C, g2 ]  \, }+ g3 \( F3 z$ ]I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
. ]  f9 b: \) A* K# c- N, X! bBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

1 ]. c3 C. d7 w1 u) L' y! XHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
