When I travel Japan (same for France),
  a& X  T( y) G* W, cI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
/ V8 ~+ L7 h0 \3 k- `! ABecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

! {0 a; F3 f3 W; ?! n$ WHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
. S# r% r: }4 \# r4 W: q& zand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.% G& v3 y2 [+ q2 ~+ J, s( J
Therefore I here announce people:
