Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 3 W  O+ A4 O+ V4 [* V+ w  S  M
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
7 \8 p6 h. F/ Q+ Y5 lBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
& G6 r6 Q$ N* ]6 Vand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others." a2 r# g3 p  x8 K1 `8 ^
Therefore I here announce people:
