too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly. ]: j( v4 E6 s  o( a; ^* v' f! p
no demand, how come to those supply?+ m7 B0 ]' i$ I9 c& \
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
