When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers., w7 j, d3 `: \" l( E( b

; N* P* k1 R; S1 j" [# c. aHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,. n# x+ }3 I4 e; {" P2 }
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
