When I travel Japan (same for France), 5 j% S* z% m1 j' D
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.# w# @; J; B3 F" t( @/ L  O
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

5 [& I/ f$ ?+ Eand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
