When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.: P$ n  v9 {9 w0 W0 A0 ~0 y) V; h8 m

2 ]  _* t1 J3 ~. X6 x" }Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,9 I4 ?1 g: Q) _8 |. ~* v
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
