Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 4 S" L. E8 J& V6 O
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.: k0 M2 [" R! |; F8 D9 C
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

+ q/ G' C4 d9 p" e! b$ MHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,) d% _* F0 p) B* t# C# C
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
