Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
' ~9 F$ X9 m$ ^  x- K, B* X0 E# \I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.# P! z8 N) B4 I- i9 W* ^0 S  q
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, # c4 O- R% f! q
