Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
; N/ p, ?* z  W6 rI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.% U. T" E( A, F* E
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 `4 }2 Z/ x! }6 E' r5 Y
. \& i+ ]3 q1 Y( d3 g6 p  {5 Y
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
" F' F5 T) n$ y% R: Dand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.4 N3 w  m; H* D+ b+ l: N
Therefore I here announce people:
