Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), * ?3 F; F! {, A3 s3 E4 I- Q# F3 h4 F
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
! w7 y3 l. {$ N  nBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers./ h! p% q& [! @. ]

# M5 V4 z  I' q8 T% B; oHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,! T/ P% \3 o' U1 R, r, q
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
