Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
& v" I4 }  ]0 @) M1 }! Vand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.( B1 {$ Z, Q2 w2 Q1 w* w4 B
Therefore I here announce people:
