3) Yes, he should be exceptional case, but there is a boundary/limit to which he should be admitted.
h+ d" @. B# L# _1 BHe don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.

Now, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
