3) Yes, he should be exceptional case, but there is a boundary/limit to which he should be admitted. Y% G: o& Y( L2 P5 [# B! a
He don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.: m+ A& p8 g, S9 a$ s# `
and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,, P- @# T# t' u, o; D4 `9 v
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u. 4 p5 {4 ~ Y; Y

2 {+ c2 E; ~! FNow, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
