He don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.) A5 l) v) q2 q; k$ ?
and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,% c7 o3 [. P4 i& |: r' N! O
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u.

but now it is a NO-NO.

Now, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
