When I travel Japan (same for France),   G+ p, ]% c1 i& r
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.' J) ~5 x/ Q3 Z6 w* Y
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
