My method at public toilets:

When clear, I would rub the two halves gently until I feel the touching points of both sides are dry. I would pull my pants back on  and head to a place for tissue ASAP.' g8 \$ ~" y* C5 N$ V

In the case of a wet deposit. The steps are similiar but I would pull the gap open so it can dry up faster.
