I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.0 b1 G) i) H" |% {( X

# K  b$ c8 y# C# ?; C3 N' yWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.! G2 i. D: t! v- ^. _# `: S

3 F/ X; X% a! q5 EThe ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think.
