too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly

if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go

2) get promotion
6 ~5 H( s; Q; q4 A3 P: I5 b: sThere would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
