too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly

if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go& l  ^0 n* N- x# P$ R% k# r
1) open a company or

* L& i/ X8 ?8 q/ s) a, Y8 z! iThere would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
