too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly6 Q9 N' @; n; I' Z  J

if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go7 P3 j0 z% y; Y/ u9 R+ N3 m6 u
1) open a company or
2 {! R  n) {, O9 c2) get promotion, p. x9 d5 {; }: ?- F  C/ l" p( o
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
