Steve Francis is considering joining the Rockets, Mavericks, Heat, Lakers and Clippers after being released from the Trail Blazers.

Steve Francis cleared waivers on Tuesday night and is officially a free agent. He's narrowed it down to the Clippers, Rockets, Mavericks and Heat
