使用Winrar 上傳檔按

1.將你的傳檔copy到一個資料夾內。
2.用mouse指到該資料夾然後右按彈出選擇:加到壓縮檔(A) 圖winrar1
3.壓縮方式:選 壓縮最佳 ; 分割檔位元組 : 輸入 2000000 圖winrar2
4.按上面 進階設定 : 設定密碼 : 輸入 你的密碼 圖winrar3
5.按 下面 確定

請注意如果你唔係高級會員, 換言之係權限不足的話, 也許附件可用擴展名內不包含.rar, 在這樣的情況下, 請將 .rar檔 轉成 .torrent檔, 此時應該可以順利上傳

Rename procedures:
1) right click on your rar file
2) select "rename"
3) replace the file extension from .rar to .torrent
4) upload this torrent file in your reply post
5) done

if you cannot see the extension of your file, then
1) open the explorer
2) choose "tools"
3) click "options"
4) click the tab "view"
5) click on item#12 "hidden the extension of shown files" and
    remove the "tick" mark from the check box
6) press "enter"
7) done and you can see the extension of your files now
