I think the major problems in 76ers is about unbalancing attacking system

If they lost Iverson, you should think, who could shoot the ball?!
who could pass the ball?!
who could steal the ball?!

That would be big troubles for 76ers, I hope they won't fire J O'Brien.. if they would fire him, 76ers would be finished.

If I were the management team in 76ers, I did the same action for 76ers before, traded Eric Snow.
Yes, he's a good player, I watch him since he was in Sonics.
but remmeber he's getting old now.
Lucky he doesn't injured now, but you couldn't risk that much, as his production is sliding down, and having a big contract.

Anyway, in offense, they could try Marc Jackson, he's another guy who could attack!

it's even worse to see kenny thomas is doing sooooo darn good with the Kings....

Kenny Thomas played not bad with 76ers actually, but he got a reasonable big and long contract as well...
it seems that the management of 76ers wanna get more salary cap in the future, that's y they traded him away

i think they did the right thing if Snow's contract is still a long one..
but if he got only 1-2 years left, they should keep him as they should have clearly understood that there's no way Olie can do Snow's job, not even 50%.......
i was really up in the beginning of the season seeing both snow doesn't have much playing time and 76ers struggling to win without a PG......
