I always sleep 6-7 hrs... but in hoilday I sleep 10+ hrs to recover...

yea people say 4 hour is a cycle for sleeping........
so you either sleep 4 hrs, 8 hrs or 12 hrs........................
4hrs and 6 hrs make no difference..........

i sleep 6-7 hours on weekdays, and 14+ hours on weekends, haha

don't sleep over 12hrs ..... your brain will damage during too less oxgen in sleeping.

4 hrs per cycle is for normal person.... ie the first hour is progress in deep sleeping, but my case is that I will progress to deep sleeping only in 5 mins...
