Shares, Company shares, USA call Stock, Share means a certain right on a company.
Why "shares" exist ?????
Besides Sole-proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Company etc, need to use this kind of Share, to represent the right of certain parties.
And why "shares" move up and down and what makes it move and down ????
The basic theory of movement price of Share is Company performance, but there are many outer factors, e.g. economies growth, rumous etc.... but the word "Expectation" is most considered of movement of share price.

I'm glad you concerned about my illness, thanks indeed.
actually, I had got no idea but I feel painful to my neck in these days, the medical report mention about is sprain to my neck periosteum.........howcome?
there's no accident nor long period strained happen on me before ar..........

whatever, I'm under medical treatment now.  doctor said soon I will be recover although I need to wear neck hoop....that's not beautiful & didn't match my style ar........

don't worry, everything will be fine.  thanks a lot~
