In Canada, it's easy to make money from renting houses out if your house is located near the universities. You can compartmentalize the house for the university students.

Not really....I don't eat Chinese food when i go out....besides, my wife is not a big fan of Chinese cusine...we are more into pasta and south --- stuff.

This is what had happened to a friend of mine.... but if you monitor the place on a weekly basis. it's hard for them to do so.
