Chelsea (4-3-3): Cech (Cudicini 45); Ferreira (Sinclair 78), Carvalho, Ben-Haim, Johnson (Diarra 65); Sidwell (Pizarro 65), Mikel (Hutchinson 67), Lampard (c); Wright-Phillips, Shevchenko (Drogba 45), J Cole (Malouda 45).
Goals Lampard 79
Feyenoord (4-2-3-1) Timmer; Lucius, Vlaar, Hofland (Bahia 45), de Cler; Sahin (Buijs 69), Van Bronckhorst (c); Slory (Bruins 85), de Guzman (Hofs 78), Drenthe (Castelen 62); Makaay.
Goals Hofland 45
Jonathan de Guzman's inswinging free kick was met six yards out by Kevin Hofland, who headed powerfully home, leaving Cech a mere spectator.
The ball bobbled free to Lampard, who characteristically dispatched his shot low into the bottom corner, sending Timmer the wrong way.
Substitute goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini was the hero as we maintained our unbeaten run in Rotterdam on Wednesday evening.
The Italian stopper made a string of superb saves to keep Feyenoord at bay, including a superb save from Roy Makaay's penalty.
The Dutch outfit had taken the lead on the stroke of half time as defender Kevin Hofland headed home, but Frank Lampard was on hand to restore parity 11 minutes from time.
It was by no means a classic performance, but manager José Mourinho will be pleased with the efforts of his players, and at the quality of opposition the team faced.

'It was a good work out for us, a difficult game,' said José Mourinho's right hand man. 'I think you could see both teams in the middle of a hard pre-season, and it took a little time to get started.'
Speaking on Carlo, Clarke said: 'He made a couple of good saves. I think that was a bit of justice. It's always good when your goalkeepers are showing good form at this stage of the season.'
'It's good for him (Pizarro) to come in, he's only trained with us one training session, so it's good for him to get a feel for the group, the players, the team, the way we play. It was nice to have him on the pitch.
'I think we have a good mix of strikers, they've all got to try hard to get their place in the time. The manager's indicated this season that he's prepared more often to play with two strikers and two wingers, so that's good for them.
'They know they'll have a chance if they impress the manager, if they can show a good combination together. It's good for them and good for the team.'
'He (Robben) didn't come tonight, he's got a small problem with his knee. He stayed behind for treatment. It's not major, we've decided to rest him for a week to ten days and he'll be fine after that. He's still a Chelsea player.'
