I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.( G. L' O$ z5 C& d' ?) d

1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.& T  @* Q; q; l

9 d- C" I- s% y, z# H) h, n- i- {When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.6 y4 X/ n( |$ h

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think.
