I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.& p2 _* w1 J! @
! f2 [4 k9 k. }3 M. O% @1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

6 U$ a2 H5 x+ G3 m! x, E1 m3 GWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.& P2 D1 D) `4 }
! N6 ]! N" I$ ^( ~$ E, f- @The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
