Wah really? I doubt they will use Artest as a sub, even though I admit that I dun follow Pacers as much.  Artest is crazy at times but he is also alot of talent wasted if put on bench

Sorry,. I was so tired... and I NEED TO work and survive... not as good as a student.. ....

This is my personal feeling for these team

1) Chicago Bulls, they make a silly trade.... Don't make it misprinted.... I am not talking about they lost Eddy Curry... I am saying they lost A. Davis.
Scott Skiles is one of the best coaches in NBA, well you could see what's happened when he was in charge for Phoneix Suns....

That's the major mistakes....... Any players could be traded except A. Davis
Why? Look at the rooster for Bulls now.. how many players have experience in NBA?
How many people are playing in clutch time before?

If Bulls maybe win by 4 in 4 mins left in 4th quater, then other team make a 10-0 run. they don't have a "spiritual" leader to guide them to pass this harsh time. They could get blow out straightly, as they don't have experience that can guide them back

Look at Bulls in early 90s, why did they jump up so strongly after they got Scottie Pippen and Horace Grant?
It's not ONLY their joining this team... One Man, you may never think about to lead this team in "spritiually", Bill Cartwright.

When you look at the stats, you maybe wondering why Bill Cartwright got a really bad stats, and he could start so many games.. this is the reason... "spirit"

For Bucks and Cavs

Sorry, they may not reaching their real potentials
Both owners did the same mistakes
They were fired their former coaches, Paul Silas and Terry Porter.
And they hire for a new coaches, who do not the NBA experience in head coach.
Sorry, poor them

Look at Cavs, do u remember why they were collasping at last year, nearly at the end of last season? The new owners buy the team........

Poor things was, when they lost 10 games after all-star games, they were firing Paul Silas straightly.
Look, who taught Leborn James to grow up in right way? Paul Silas

Cavs is stronger in stats, but Larry Hughes could come out with injury pluged? Can Larry Hughes plays good in SG and not catch too much balls?

Unknown.

Bucks....... Well, What could you expect if they lost their point guard?
Who were guiding them to have 41-wins 2 years ago? as all of the world were thinking Bucks should be in bottom 2 years ago?

Terry Porter and his assistants.

They didn't have good inside players since early 90s (after Terry Cummings were trade in early 90s)
When they lost their starting point guard last season, what can you expect this team?
Now, they get a good starting 5, and they could goto playoff more easier than before, but the new coaches may not guide them to reach their potentials

Pacers:

They lost Reggie Miller, but is that... that important?
It maybe at the starting of this season
But the main point is, they couldn't lost Ron Artest.

Before what's the incident in Palace of Auburn Hills, Pacers were 6-1
And Ron Artest was leading scoring, stealing at that moment.
Then they got really hurt after they lost 3 players.... for this incident and they never come back like what they were
(rememeber for the first month in last season, NO REGGIE MILLER in there)
the new point guard/shooting guard, Sarunas Jasikevicius could help this team a lot
Cos Tinsley is a injury-plauged person and he never reach his potentials
When he's not injury, Pacers could run smoothly.
But it's competely opposite when he was injury and no one could replace him
Jasikevicius could be a right choice for the sixth man in this team.

it's not surprised that Ron Artest could be a sixth man in the first few months, remember in emotionally, and in theoritically, he needs to spend some times to catch up NBA as he was emotionally out of control in Palace of Auburn Hills

Detorit Pistons:

Good thing is: they don't lost any major players in last year, except Larry Brown
Phil Saunder could be a good coach in this team

That's ONLY one problem, NO backup players/no 3 pointers.
Can you tell me who can shoot 3 pointers in this team in urgent time?
No, R. Wallace, Prince and Hamilton are not the sharpest 3 pointers in NBA.
Also, if one of the guards/Small forward will be injured, they will be in big troubles.

Remember they just have one man who could score on the bench, which is McDyess, but he's a PF/undersize center.

So watch out if they have injury problems.

Bright:

I think you have mistakenly judged the Bulls on the trade matter.  By all means, Paxon (Bulls' GM) has been trying to keep Eddy Curry (the main reason of this trade) from day one.  He has been diagnosed with potential deadly heart discease.  As you all probably know, Paxon requested a DNA testing for Curry to ensure that his "HEALTH" is good enuff to play and won't drop dead like Regie Lewis of Celtics back in the days.  This DNA test became the subject of the heated debate in the NBA this past off season.  Whether or not Paxon is doing the right thing really depends on each individual's view.  Personally, I think that when Paxon offered to pay Curry $400,000USD annually for the next 50 years if Curry failed the DNA test is one of the most caring thing a GM can do.  Look at bulls history, they paid Jay Will 3 mill after he stupidly crashed on his motor cycle.  Knowing Curry will go to court and sue the Bulls for enforcing such test, he leaves Paxon no choice but trading him to the Knicks.  Obviously, when you trade talent, you have to get equivilant value back,  talent wise and contract wise.  A. Davis holds one of the biggest contract in the Bulls roster and therefore is used to trade for Sweetney(great potential) and Tim Thomas (humongus contract for non-equivalent talent that the Knicks want to get rid of).  So if you are the Bulls GM, will you rather to have court case with your starting Center during the regular season that might distract the rest of the team then make this trade? This trade's trigger is all because of the DNA test, and not because of Sweetney or Tim Thmoas.

As far as Antonio Davis's case, they have managed to asked the Knicks in waiving Davis and so the Bulls can sign him up again.  So in reality, they are getting Davis back pretty soon.  However, some rumor says that Davis wants to retire, therefore there's nothing the Bulls can really do about it.

And the effect of losing Davis.  I have to disagree about Davis' "effect" on the team "spiritually".  First, Davis is 37 years old, even though I dun disagree that  Bill Cartwright was a valuable player, him and Davis are different.  Cartwright stood up aganist MJ's arrogance (you know why he had throat surgery? MJ threw him in the ground during practice coz Cartwright stood in his face).  And more importantly, Cartwright was in his prime and Davis is now reallly should be thinking about retiring.  The Bulls' age problem, dun look down at their bench, they have valuable veterans in their deep deep roster.  The team that hsould be worrying about age is Raptors.  Another reason why they won't miss Davis's service as much is their style of play.  Paxon and Scott Skiles built this team to win games with "EFFORT" and "HUSTLING".  As long as the run all over the court and play denfense, they believe they can win every game.  Davis is getting old to fit into this system.  Its time to let the young guns play.  Look, they got into the playoff without the service of curry last season, though its true that they will miss the post presense of him.  The east really only have 4 powerful teams, and the other 4 spots are up for grab.  This year's success will lie on Chandler, and Ben Gordon's development.  and I hope they can keep up with their effort play throughout the season, as Skiles won't let them become lazy.
First of all, thanks for your comments

Let's see how's going on in Bulls now, we will know it later 2 months later

One pre-season game showed nothing in there.

Well, I know Bulls didn't want to train Curry......
but I am mentioning about team development
They have verterans on the bench, but who have playoff experience?
this is the question mark in my head for so long
We are blessed that we can watch sports, to do many things...

I agree that the current Bulls is still unknown.

Let me see if I can answer your question mark

In terms playoff experience, I think last year has shown that they and the Wiz have NO playoff experience.  I think their strategy is to build playoff experience and hope to retain the current roster into the future.  Expect to see Hinrich, Gordon, Duhon, Chandler, Deng, Noch to be with the Bulls for a long long long time.  They are not worrying about experience at this moment, and also they are not aiming the championship this year.  But they do expect to bring back the dynasty days in the 90s to Chicago in the near future with this crew.  Couple more yeasr,, this crew will have more than enuff playoff experience.  No MOre rebuilding!!!
good comments
I agree what you point of views
