After Shearer retired.....There is no players that can be a good leader....
Even I think Given is the only good choice....
However he has no potential to lead the whole team...........

Besides......Roedar is blind for the team's defends........
sigh.......Actually there are several good defenders....
e.g. S. Taylor,Onyewu,Moore , etc........
However there performance were so fluctuate.......... = ="""
So if NUFC hope to play better.....An all-round defender is required........... .\ /.

Moreover.....NUFC face a bad bad luck this season...... /____\"
The players are all "Glass-boned".......... =[
At the worst moment....NUFC has recorded 15 players injured at the same time.........= =
The injuries can group into a new team lol........
So....how come NUFC can raise its standing ?

主要原因都係球隊根本冇一個重點踢法
係邊線快速打擊,定係中路小組入楔,
係遠射多,定長傳/短傳多,
球隊既進攻模式一時一樣
球員自然難以發揮得好
另外少咁一個重心球員都係一個大問題
球隊自從冇左舒利五之後就缺乏一個老大哥既角色
者係好似曼聯既史高斯,阿仙奴既亨利,利物浦既謝拉特
車路士既杜奧巴呢D球隊既支柱.....
不過呢樣野一時三刻都急唔來,畢竟要得到全隊既信任
個個球員一定要有番咁上下年資同實力,最後有番D領導能力
如果依家要搵一個咁樣既人
充其量只能希望奧雲仔遲D番來個時可以擔起球隊
等人唔好諗起NEWCASTLE都諗唔到有邊個大球星~
